Cancellation Policies
Need to cancel/reschedule? Please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
Our cancellation windows are as follows:
- Up to 48 hours prior - no charge
- Up to 24 hours prior - 50% fee
- On the day of - 100% fee
- No show - 100% fee

Cancelling a class: At least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing a credit.
Cancelling a course: At least 48 hours in advance to avoid a late fee or losing your space in the course.
If a class/course is full, you can join the waitlist— if a space opens up and you are next on the waitlist; you will automatically be added to the class list & notified. Please make sure when reserving a waitlist that you can make the class if given a space. Please cancel in advance if you can’t make it, as your pass will be used if you’re added and don’t show.
Cancellation policy for Workshops & Events differ depending on the instructor facilitating. Workshops carried out by in- house instructors have a 48 hour cancellation policy; Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Workshops carried out by National & International instructors will be eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled up to 1 week prior to the commencement of the Workshop, any cancellations beyond this period are non-refundable.
All Workshops & Events are non-transferable and any class/course passes cannot be used to book a space.
